[Ham-Mac] usb to serial cable and driver

I second John's recommendation of the Keyspan USA-19HS. Stay away from the cheap, generic cables. Most of them use a chipset made by Prolific, and Prolific's Mac drivers don't work well, especially on Mac OS X 10.7 Lion.
