Version 3.21.49 - Maintenance release

   RTTY metric
     * Changed metric measurement to measure only within the bounds of 
the Mark/Space frequencies.

   Logbook Colors-Fonts
     * Added color / font configuration for logbook dialog.
     * Modified Table widget to provide column width tracking during resize

   RX Text backspace
     * Correct logic error in handling UTF-8 char backspace

Please note that this published 3.21.49 differs from a test posting by 
the inclusion of the RTTY decoder change.  Participants in the DL-DX 
RTTY contest might be interested in downloading this version.
