Attached is my alpha version SDR-Radio.xml rigcat file for fldigi.
Frequency and mode setting/reading works pretty well.

I have tested it on Windows Vista with VSPR serial port connections
between fldigi and SDR-Radio controlling an AFEDRI SDR-NET radio.

SDR-Radio will also work with RFSpace radio models SDR-IQ, SDR-IP, 
SDR-14, and NetSDR
as well as with SoftRocks and the FUNCube Dongle.
