   MARS edit cursor
     * Added code to retain position of edit cursor

   CSV table view
     * added table view dialog for CSV files
     * added separate button for editing CSV files
       - user is advised that the modified file must be
         re-imported into flmsg

   Compression
     * Added compression / decompression to data contents
       - data is compressed IF and ONLY IF the data stream is
         reduced in size.
     * Compression can be applied to all flmsg wrapped files,
       whether stored or auto sent.
     * Corrected error in m2s saved Radiogram file
