I have posted Ben's RigCAT XML file for the IC-9100.

Dear David,
I've created a RigCAT XML file for the ICOM IC-9100. Please find the
attached file.

I'm the only one who has tested it, i don't know a IC-9100 user around,
but i think there are others who would like to use this. Maybe you can
put this on your XML files site?
