Pretty damned confusing if you ask me.
The article in this month's QST is pretty clear about 170 Hz RTTY NOT being allowed.
But, according to that March 28th note that Dick mentioned it is now ok as long as the B/W is less than 2.8 Hz (as it should have been in the first place.)
Seems like a moot point though when you figure that any amount of activity on the 5 channels with the rule that you shall not interfere (one QSO per channel) it's not exactly going to be a picnic.
Think I'll stick to 80,40,30,20,17,15,12 or 10 :-)
BTW, I am beginning to wonder about list digests and finally figured out on a couple of other lists that they lead to seemingly strange responses to threads that have already been pretty well answered. I noticed on the K3 list that I kept seeing answers to fairly long dead questions and wondered if people just didn't read the previous posts until I figured out that the answers were coming from people trying to help that read a digest.
