Did you select and SAVE the correct fldigi RigCAT settings?  I tied to send you screenshot of the RigCAT settings.  You also have to download the correct .xml file for your rig

It is a linux server so Mac double-click does not work.  Select the file you want and right-click and select the download option.  The IC-7600.xml file goes in your .flidigi/rigs folder.
