[Ham-Mac] eQSL REXX script for fldigi

You're off a decade, it was released in 1987.  But yes, I was, 
because REXX was OS/2's answer to the limitations of DOS batch files.

If you had a computer that ran it, odds were it was an IBM.  :)  
Nobody but a few banks and dial-up BBS owners really ever gravitated 
toward it.

Those were the daze.  (Spelling intentional.)  I'm so glad I have a 
Mac these days.  ;)
