The newer v1.8.1 lacks a Mac window resize in he lower right corner and it just takes up too much of the desktop. I ask Roberto a year or so ago about the resize button and his response was he misplaced the v1.7 source code. My guess is he has been busy supporting cool web pages for a number of DX operations and may have lost interest or has been too busy to maintain RYTelnet.

My rytelnetsettings file is a mess and I have not figured out how to save configuration changes. I tried to add you cluster to the list but it does not show up in the popup and the app no longer writes to the prefs file. . If you or someone figures out how to write changes to the file that can be read by RYTelnet, please share.

Hi Dick,

I agree about the size problem, particularly if the dock is in the default position at the bottom of the screen. The first time I used RYTelnet, it saved my information, but now it no longer does, although I can use the new settings until I exit the program.

I just tried editing /Library/Preferences/rytelnetsettings and that worked! Thanks. The ability to save the preferences from the program would be easier, but this will do for now.
