Three Windows users reported the program hanging up when exiting.  I 
could not duplicate the problem on my systems, but this version was 
tested with satisfactory results by those reporting the problem.

Version 3.21.28 - Maintenance release

   ADIF/EQSL thread shutdown
     * removed ADIF_close and EQSL_close execution from program shutdown
       process.  Caused shutdown hangup on some Windows systems.
     * added deletion of temporary log database class on exiting write
       routine.

   Ignore slash postamble
     * Ignore slash postamble for callsign internet lookup.

   Log Export by date
     * Added ability to export logbook for a date range
