[Ham-Mac] Mac HP GPS Control support for 58503A

The availability of surplus HP GPS 10 MHz time and frequency standard model 58503A has recently increased (try eBay).

I have now added support for that model (in addition to the HPZ3801A, Z3816A) for Mac OS X.

You may find these quite nice as they have RS232 (as opposed to RS422 in the previous Z3801A). 

The 10MHz is ideal for some modern rigs like the Electcraft K3 with optional External Reference inputs.
