You could setup fldigi to do this. In fact the microphone is sensitive enough to do this assuming you can generate local sidetone with the key.

Set the soundcard up to use the internal mic. Set the code mode to CW and based on what you see on the waterfall 'tune' fldigi to your radio by clicking on the appropriate vertical trace you are making with your tone.
