Yes John!  

I assume the driver you are looking for is a driver so you can interface your TS-590S to the MBP using only a USB cable.  The link to the USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers is

I used the v2.9 for Macintosh OS X and it worked with OS X 10.6 and I am using the same driver now with OS X 10.7. 

The Silicon Labs drivers works great with fldigi and my TS-590S.  I have not tested on my wife's MBP but feel sure it will
work for you.
