[Ham-Mac] Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion) and fldigi, Aether, tQSL and RYTelnet

The only thing I've found so far is that Zterm no longer works.. This is because it was never updated to a native app from a powerpc app. Lion no longer supports Rosetta.
The workaround is to use Terminal and the screen application. You can run screen /dev/cu.DEVICE_NAME 9600 and get access to your serial ports.
