[Ham-Mac] VirtualBox help/questions

I am running the latest version of VirtualBox on my Mac Mini running OS 10.6.6 and was trying to get Echolink to work on the WinXP windows of VB but can not seem to get to where anyone can connect to it. 

The station (K8JWT-L) shows up in the list of stations on my EchoMac install as well as my iPhone Echolink program but I can not connect to it.

Anyone running VB please let me know how to get this to work if it is possible???
