[Ham-Mac] Apple II Software Long Shot

I know this is a REAL long shot but maybe I'll get lucky.

Does anyone by any chance have a copy of the Apple II software that went along with the Macrotronics Ham Radio Interface CW/RTTY?  I contacted the author a couple of years ago and unfortunately he no longer had it available.

If anyone might be able to help please send me a note off list.
