[Ham-Mac] Public release of flrig version 1.0.1

Anyone having any issues on the Mac side with the IC-7600?  Just about all the functions work here EXCEPT:

(1) the "Split" function does not operate (no toggle)

(2) for some reason flrig assigns the SSB function of "D-USB" to one of the VFOs; changing to plain vanilla "USB" displays on the pane but then immediately changes itself back to "D-USB".

So far all the other functions appear to work correctly but I will play with it some more later today.
