[Ham-Mac] EchoMac and Ports

I'm thinking you and I have the same problem.  When I go to the Airport Utility this is what I get.

"AirPort Utility was unable to find any AirPort wireless devices.  Make sure the AirPort wireless device you want to set up is plugged in and in range of your computer, and then click rescan to try again."

Something's not right.

've seen that page and it doesn't help.  Since I am not using a router (I
use a BroadBand card or a WiFi hotspot) I get bupkis when I load the AirPort
Utility.
