I ran tqsl.app last night to upload my July 2011 QSO's to LoTW and it worked normal with 10.7 Lion; however, I did notice a login glitch when I tried to login to the LoTW web page using the new Safari. I don't know if it was a Safari or ARRL web page glitch but it took me several attempts to login.
I tried it again this AM got a failure note saying
Safari can't open the page "https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/default" because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.
I waited a few minutes and refreshed the URL and this time it opened.
