[Ham-Mac] Signalink USB on windows on mac

Hi,

I need help.  I have a Mac computer and run CocaModem and fldigi for 
PSK on it. I also use a SignaLink USB.  I have used SignaLink for 
years and have not had any trouble with it.  I recently bought an 
Icom 7410, which has a 13 pine ACC connection.  hey sent me a new 
cable and plug and play for the unit.

Well it receives just fine, but will not transmit.  The red PTT light 
does not come on and the software (which ever one I am using) just 
freezes up.  I  have tried adjusting the audio (USB Audio CODEC).  On 
CocaModem the test idle tone does not turn on the PTT, no matter the 
adjustment. On system preferences the sound is also selecting USB 
Audio CODEC for output and I have also tried adjusting from mid point 
to maximum output volume.

I tried calling Tigertronics but never could get through.  E-mailing 
them just got a response that I call.

I had an Icom 7600 before this and everything worked just fine.

Any suggestions?
