RUMlog has some features you are looking for. (http://dl2rum.de/rumsoft/RUMLog.html) There is a Net Control Window included, with special functions requested by a user. You can create multiple databases including the following data:
- callsign
- name
- qth
- date joined
- note
A table view is provided, where you can see and edit all data. The 'net check in time' will be set automatically and there is an option to mark a station as 'temporally not available'. When the station checks out, data can be transferred to the logbook. This may be a requirement by your local authority.
It's not all what you want, but maybe it is a good starting point. If you want to give it a try, you can send me your net data in text form. Then I will try to migrate these data into the database. I see no problems for adding more functions with your help.
