After installing IC-7000.xml file in Fldigi for RigCAT control I noticed 
it worked fine except it would not display freq data for the 450 MHZ 
band.  I modified the posted IC-7000.xml file expanding the max freq 
setting to 460,000,000.  I installed the modified xml file and now 
FLDIGI displays the 450 MHZ band frequencies  I have attached the 
modified file as IC-7000_K3JV.xml you may want to post it in the rig.xml 
files of your web site.
