Version 1.0.3 - Maintenance release

    * Added failure report to dialog message when import of wrapped file
      fails due to file corruption
    * Added automatic filename creation.  Filenames are created with
      none, any or all of CALLSIGN, DATE-TIME, or auto incremented
      SERIAL NUMBER.
    * Added file recognition to open menu item and parsing of filename
      passed on command line.  Recognized file is opened in associated tab.
      <ics213> in data file ==> opens as ics213 file.
      <radiogram> in data file ==> opens as radiogram file
