Their Plug & Play only refers to Windows. Unless something has
changed in the last year or so, West Mountain DOES NOT support their
products on Macs, no matter what the advertisements or boxes say. I
went round and round with them a couple of years ago at the Baltimore
Hamfest and their reply was "the hardware works on Macs, our software
doesn't and we don't provide Mac support". If me memory is correct,
the man said something about "not supporting every two-bit operating
system".
There are too many other good products on the market whose companies
DO support the Mac OS for me to ever bother with West Mountain.
