[Ham-Mac] Bug and Workaround in Mac tqsl.app v1.13

The purpose of this posting is to point out what may be a bug in version 
1.13 of the Mac tqsl.app and to share a workaround.

For background, I tried to sign and upload some recent QSOs and tqsl,app 
version 1.13 barfed big time on my QSO with my CONTESTIA QSO with 
AB8O.  I am aware the LoTW does not recognize CONTESTIA and several 
other digital modes so I had already mapped them to be changed to DATA 
using the tqsl/Preferences/ADIF Modes. 

The reason tqsl barfed is somebody (me) made a typo error and mapped
CONTESTI -> DATA.  Note I did not add the "a" at the end of Contestia.  The
typo error was obvious; however, I could not change or delete the bad statement.  
The tqsl.app does not have an Edit option and the Delete button in the Mac
tqsl.app version1.13 does nothing.

Happiness was the Add button works FB and I managed to add 
CONTESTIA -> DATA.  With this addition I was able to sign and upload
the AB8O Contestia QSO to LoTW.

As as workaround for the Delete button issue, I opened the tqslapp Preference 
file with a text editor and deleted the bad statement. 

I wonder if the Delete button works in the PC version of 1.13.
