[Ham-Mac] Echolink and EchoMac

My XYL, Janis VE7AAP, and I first signed up for Echolink in '03. Over 
the years we have gone through several computers, including switching 
from Micr0-sloppy to Macs. Our E-Mail addys have also changed.
Search as I might, I can find no record of what E-mail addys and 
passwords either of us used seven years ago.
Pssword reminder does not work, since despite the fact that it says 
"Please enter an address at which you can still receive mail", any 
address I enter does not match what is on file.
Change E-mail address does not work either, since for that you need 
your password.
I have gone through the "verify Callsign" process including faxing a 
copy of my license, but any answer sent to the address on file would 
have bounced.
Suggestions would be welcome.
