Dino KL0S,
I don't use a MicroHam DigiKeyer so cannot comment that portion of your
message.

The above are not really errors. They are statements of your user options
under the Configure/ID menu and I don't think there is anything to resolve.
For example, if you pull down the "Video Preamble ID modes" selector you
will note CW, BPSK-31 and RTTY are not checked by default. Being unchecked
means these mode are excluded from the Video Preamble ID. I don't think you
or anyone would like to transmit a video preamble in RTTY. The transmission
of the video preamble can be useful in the other digital modes that are
checked by default.
The above explains the VIDEOID statement above. The RSID (tx) statement
is the Reed-Solomon transmitter ID or the TxID button you see at the right
top of the main fldigi panel. By default fldigi has the TxID OFF or
excluded for CW, BPSK-31 and RTTY. You can toggle it by clicking on the
the button mentioned. Try it and you will see what I am talking about. The
TxID is not the same as the Video Preamble ID.
This stuff was, and still is, a little confusing to me. I don't think your
error log is really an error. Looks OKAY to me.
Have a great 4th of July
