[Ham-Mac] new iMac: parallels vs. fusion?

I have a Macbook Pro, too, vintage Nov 2008. I also have one Keyspan USA-19S that works at least on Rumlog, but haven't used it to key a radio yet. The Keyspan works fine on a PC with XP or Win7. Trying to phase out all my PC stuff :-).
