I've had problems trying to use an Edirol UA-5 USB interface. Works for
a few minutes on receive, then the audio stops and the CPU usage goes
way up both with fldigi & cocoamodem, probably a problem with the Edirol
drivers, worked just fine with every program I used it with on XP, so I
know the hardware works. I'm just trying to make sure I don't get
another USB interface that works as poorly as the UA-5 under OSX. I
thought about the SignaLink, but it's a bit too rich for me at this point...
