[Ham-Mac] LCD UTC/Local Clock updates

Dear Mac Hams,

Update on the LCD Clock project (DonationWare):

We are up to version 2.0.4 now. Localised for Spanish, Italian, French, German, English.

Floating Clock, transparent or opaque. 

Improved look and feel of the normal clock.

Option for checking for availability of new updates at startup.

Windows version also (just because I could) - lets see if they are as generous as the Mac Hams are ;-)
