I owned an SCS-PTC IIe.

It was superb.

With it I was able to copy PSK signals not even visible on a waterfall
display.

Pactor II was awesome. Never used the Pactor III as I thought it used
too much bandwidth and didn't want to pay the $$ for the upgrade.

I did not use it much on RTTY.

It was different to tune it, but once you figured it out, no big deal.

Why did I sell it, the sailboat plans changed and I didn't have the
time to run a WInlink station.

There is no native mac software for it that I am aware of, and I am
not sure if it works in fusion or not as my use pre-dated my macintosh
computer.

It is a tool for serious communication and it works extremely well
with low strength signals.

I sold it becasue i was not using it and it was worth too much to keep
sitiitng in the shelf for "someday."

Would I buy one again if I had the need for it, in a heartbeat.

Hope this helps.
