This is a maintenance release which fixes the bug reported by Jelle, 
PA3GUP, on the win-fldigi yahoo group. 

"When I enter more than 93 characters in the note field, hitting log 
save will crash Fldigi, and NOT logging the QSO."

This bug was specific to the Windows implementation.  The update allows 
the user to enter a very large note field (basically 64 K characters, 
but not recommended for uploading to an ADIF data base).
