[Ham-Mac] fldigi-3.20.33 and LoTW

Thanks to Dave W1HKJ for all of his efforts with fldigi. His software is
useful and used by many of us.

If you are a LoTW user, you may want to add the CONTESTIA name change
to your tqsl.app Preference/ADIF Modes to map it as DATA.  I have it
listed both ways

  CONTESTI -> DATA
  CONTESTIA -> DATA

to apease the LoTW robot.
