Yes, you can install it during the installation or later from the
Optional Installs bundle on the install DVD or you can wait to see if
you need it. If you try to run a program that needs Rosetta it will
ask you to install it. If you say yes it will download the latest
version from Software Update so you don't have to scramble around
looking for the Snow Leopard disk.
