[Ham-Mac] AA5VU Licensed Cancelled to use cocoaModem Contest Interface

Steve WB6RSE,

A fresh download and re-install is not the answer.  Chen
W7AY has blocked AA5VU from using his cocoaModem
contest interface and I will remain blocked until he
changes his mind and the code that prevents AA5VU
from using the contest interface.

I am not looking for a workaround.  Only Chen can remove
the restrictive code.
