I don't run HRD, but I downloaded and installed it, and I see what you mean.

I corrected the problem by *unchecking* the box that says "Enable Mac OS X system shortcuts" in Parallels Preferences, Keyboard & Mouse tab, Windows profile. I'm running Windows XP in Parallels 5, Build 5.0.9308 released December 18, 2009.
