[Ham-Mac] ok now to getting it working

Hi everyone,
   I posted a while back in Oct. on how low tech i could go...settled  
for a used g3 ibook running Tiger...got it cheap ala low end  
mac....just need to max the memory out and good to go
   I downloaded the appropriate version of cocoamodem and maclogger  
dx trial....so i can get a psk signal and waterfall fine....i have a  
rigexpert sd interface that cant seem to get working...i did get  
cocoa ptt to recognize the device once but can't retrace my clicking  
steps :(....same with maclogger dx in pref pane (modem and then  
showed usb-181 or something) but now just modem is option....
   Anyone have this interface hooked to your mac and radio?....or any  
ideas on the various settings i should try.....i have an icom  
703....All input welcome and i am ready to get back to working the  
digital modes....btu the maclogger dx is very cool and hope i can  
learn to use it soon
