Sounds like a job for FileMaker.
If I was in your position then I'd favor printing the entire QSO card
from FileMaker rather than use stickers. At least the data side. Perhaps
you have a pretty picture on the other side.
Last time I looked one could download a fully functional version of
FileMaker for 30 day free trial.
