I think that is limited to those which are installed in the App  
folder.  The .fldigi folder is created in the user directory when the  
program is run and there is no connection to the Application folder.

I'm still on 10.4, so haven't used Time Machine but SuperDuper works  
great as a backup/restore program for me.
