[Ham-Mac] Need help configuring MacTNC

Hi Lew,

Have not used one of these in quite a while. Here is the manual...

I suspect TNC is not sending anything back because the RTS pin is not  
asserted.  AKA it's looking for Hardware Handshake not software (X-ON/ 
X-OFF) by default.
Need to wire that cable with addition of RTS/CTS.

Request to Send (RTS) and Clear to Send (CTS)
This provides the standard form of flow control for a DTE to DCE link.  
In this situation all the circuits in the interconnecting cable should  
be wired pin-for-pin, as shown below:-

Even if you checked RTS and DTR as the lines are connected so it would  
not make a difference.  That a DB-25 on the back of the PK-88 (DCE)  
and you have a DB-9 on the serial adaptor (DTE).
