[Ham-Mac] MacHamRadio going offline

Hey, Steve--

How about if you structured the site to be less of a job for you and  
more of a community-generated resource?  I do websites for a living  
and would be willing to discuss this with you and help out with this.

If you really do want to get out of the game altogether--a sentiment I  
can certainly understand--I'd be willing to take over the site. Let's  
talk about that offline, if you want to go that way.
