DIck,
I understand your concern about backing up Boot Camp with SD and I
almost went back to a Parallels/WIndows install but since discovered
Winclone.
So I use SD for my weekly or monthly clones of OSX and Winclone for my
occasional back up of Windows.
I suggested trying it booted in to BC mainly as a troubleshooting step.
