[Ham-Mac] WSJT on Mac with Boot Camp?

I gave it a try.  The configure stage bombed because I don't have a  
Fortran compiler installed.  I tried installing the Mac Ports version  
of G95, but that failed during the build of odcctools (one of the  
prerequisites).
