Which App Store are you using ? CallBook is available in all the  
AppStores except the Canadian one.
CallBook will be available in the Canadian App store as soon as the  
GST forms have been processed by Apple and Revenue Canada.
Version 1.01 which fixes the WM7D "Show QTH" location error was  
released October 30, 2008.
