If you haven't looked at RumLog lately take a look.

A lot of nice features including a great database search utility, LoTW  
integration and filtering of DX Spots.

Recently I began to wonder about the possibility of using the great DX  
spotting filters to notify me by text message when a needed country  
shows up on the cluster.  I mentioned it to Tom (DL2RUM) and now a  
week or so later he has come out with version 3.2 of RumLog and it  
supports text messaging.

Seems to work great!   Nice feature.
