[Ham-Mac] Stuck Audio Input Level slider using the USB Audio CODEC input

I don't think this is the problem. I have a Signalink USB that was  
made about the same time as Dick's and I do not see the situation. I  
_have_ run across it previously with my Signalink, but was able to  
resolve it (wish I remembered how). It is that resolution that I think  
will get Dick going again.
