I have to recommend MacLoggerDx, it will print your QSL details on the front
of a standard card and can use a photo or design of your choice. You can
print one or many QSLs and it will update its flag to indicate it has been
sent.
I have made up a photo using Photoshop Elements with certain areas lightened
to enable the printing to be better seen.
I print my cards onto 165g/m(2) A4 White Photo Paper Stock and then
guillotine them to size.
The only minor issue I had was that it didn't print the back.
However, in reading this thread, it occurred to me that I could pre-print
the reverse side with some info and then run them through the print the
other way around for the front.
