Thanks for your feedback.
Yes the program can't always decode VIS signal and there are reasons  
for that. Usually it is when the signal is very noisy ( there is some  
noise tolerance build it but if made it too large there would be a lot  
of false detections) or mode is not supported. There is a possibility  
to go to manual receive. If you click on Resync button it will bypass  
VIS detection and will start decoding signal. If it detects horizontal  
sync in the signal it will allign picture.
Resize is not difficult to do and in fact it was there in the  
beginning, but unfortunately with textured window there are some  
unpleasant visual artifacts so I opted for blue bar. I can look into  
it more and see if it can be overcome.
Program is released as freeware and I intend to keep it that way.  
However I will not refuse donations ffrom those who wants to support  
program development :-)
