There are at least two:–
Signalscope http://www.faberacoustical.com which does FFT,  
spectrogram, oscilloscope & X-Y plotter. Has linear and log scales
iSpectrum  http://www.dogparksoftware.com/iSpectrum.html does 'scope  
and waterfall
