[Ham-Mac] 3D2 vs 3DA Prefix

With all due respect, Don.

So far I have had:

Spratly = Malaysia
3d2uu = Swaziland

And, I'm not a hard core DXer.  This is a BIG problem
for a logging program to have.

For anyone seeking DXCC, the brains are scrambled.
Determining the country, beam heading etc all depend
on this.
